1. Ownership of Intellectual Property
All content, logos, graphics, user interface designs, and code bases included on the Syndica website, mobile application, and web platform are the intellectual property of Syndica and are protected under international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or decompilation of our assets is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
All contents, source code, database architectures, graphics, branding assets, sound clips, and user interface designs incorporated into the Syndica Mobile Application (Package ID: com.genisustech.syndic_mobile) and the Syndica Web Platform are the exclusive property of Genisus Tech and its licensors.
2. Trademarks & Brand Protection
The trademarks, slogans, graphics, and illustrations representing "Syndica" and "Genisus Tech" are unique legal assets. Any third-party integrations, developer tools, or public APIs utilizing Syndica's name or brand assets must be explicitly authorized and registered.
Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, decompilation, scraping, or redistribution of any part of this software, whether on mobile app stores or third-party repositories, is strictly prohibited under international copyright laws and treaties.
3. Content Rights & PDF Receipt Certification
Official building receipts, balance sheets, and PDF document formats produced by Syndica are protected digital assets provided for legitimate co-ownership administration. Co-owners and building managers maintain ownership of their personal financial records, while the platform code and design remain protected by Syndica.
4. Enforcement & Reporting Infringements
Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate suspension of account privileges, termination of access rights, and potential legal enforcement in applicable jurisdictions.
