GDPR Compliance

For users residing in the European Union, Syndica fully complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We ensure that: (1) You have the right to access and export your data; (2) You have the right to restrict processing; (3) You have the right to be forgotten (data erasure); and (4) We obtain explicit, affirmative consent before collecting any analytical data. We store data securely in servers located inside the EU.

In alignment with European standards, we support the Data Portability right. Any co-owners can download their historical payments ledger directly from the app interface in CSV or JSON format. Our Data Protection Officer (DPO) can be contacted directly at dpo@syndica.com for inquiries regarding audit reports or complete data deletion requests.
