• Personal Identity Information: Full name, email address, phone number, and user role (Syndic Admin or Resident Co-owner).
• Property & Building Details: Registered building name, building address, block/wing name, floor level, apartment number, monthly syndic amount, and payment interval.
• Financial & Payment Records: Payment status (Paid/Unpaid), historical transaction amounts, payment dates, generated PDF receipt logs, and uploaded proof of payment receipts.
• Device & Authentication Data: Encrypted JWT authentication tokens, device OS version, app version, and FCM notification tokens for push alerts.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information strictly for operational and functional administrative purposes:

• To record co-ownership dues, verify payments, and generate downloadable official PDF receipts with QR verification codes.
• To allow co-owners to participate in digital assembly voting and review building announcements or internal regulations.
• To calculate building financial balances, reserve funds, and block-level transparency rosters.
• To send critical push notifications, payment reminders, and maintenance incident updates.
• No Commercial Data Selling: We never sell, rent, lease, or monetize your personal or financial data to third-party advertisers or data brokers.

3. Data Security & Storage Controls

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration:

• Encryption in Transit & at Rest: All communications between the mobile client and backend servers use HTTPS with 256-bit TLS encryption. Sensitive database fields are encrypted at rest.
• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Strict isolation ensures co-owners can only access information relevant to their building or assigned block.
• Zero Analytics Tracking SDKs: Our mobile app does not embed third-party tracking or advertising SDKs that harvest user location or background activity.

4. Your Data Rights & Account Deletion

You maintain complete control over your personal data:

• Right to Access & Export: You can view all your payment history and profile information inside the app at any time.
• Right to Account Deletion: You can request permanent account deletion directly inside app settings or by visiting our dedicated Account Deletion Page. Upon request verification, your profile, authentication credentials, and personal details will be permanently removed.

For users residing in the European Economic Area (EEA), Syndica operates in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Processing of your data is based on contractual necessity to fulfill co-ownership management services.
