Syndica acts as a software service platform facilitating co-ownership management and does not take responsibility for disputes between co-owners and their respective building syndics. Standard subscription fees are billed monthly, and can be cancelled at any time prior to the billing cycle renewal.

By registering an account on behalf of a condominium (building) as an administrator or syndic, you warrant that you are legally authorized to manage the property and represent its co-ownership assembly. Syndica retains the right to terminate accounts that distribute fraudulent invoices, spam, or host malicious content. Service availability is guaranteed to 99.9% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance.
